Carol Ross Bio



Carol Ross, founder of Carol Ross and Associates, LLC (www.carolrossandassociates.com), is an executive coach and team development consultant. She spent over 15 years as an engineer, working for Exelon, Telcordia, U S WEST, Lucent, and Avaya. Carol found her calling when she transitioned into work that focused on the human side of business—career development, retention, team building, change management.

Carol now helps intelligent, analytical professionals power up their creativity and energy (see www.boundarycrosser.com, www.squidoo/wholebrainthinking). Known as the Whole Brain Coach, her clients include leaders at Avaya, Caterpillar, Celestial Seasonings, Harley-Davidson, Motorola, Nelnet, and Wells Fargo.

She is certified by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Carol is a former board member of the Boulder chapter of the ICF and has been a speaker at the ICF’s annual conference. Carol has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a M.S. in Operations Research, both from Northwestern University. She lives near Boulder, Colorado with her husband, Chip, and their two school-age sons.
